One cabin.
One story.

The old guard and the new machine compete for the shot, high above the Alps. The exterior sets the world. Every interior beat belongs to that same moving gondola.

MOVING CABIN → FIGHT → EJECTION → FALSE PEACE → RETURN → FIGHT

Latest take / development review

Watch the new 24-second fight-and-return loop test ↗

The fight is back. The return comes next.

The twelve-second fight below follows the confrontation through to the cameraman’s ejection. A return take has now been generated and assembled into the linked 24-second loop test; final motion and sound acceptance remain pending.

He’s not finished yet.

The proposed longer ending gives the robot a moment to sit down, then reveals the cameraman hanging onto the outside rail. He climbs back in, camera intact, and the rivalry starts again. The final movement must meet the opening pose and camera position.

Target: 20–24 seconds · First continuation generated; review pending · Sound available through player controls

The cabin and cast references

The exterior and matching interior remain the visual direction. The catch and shared-shot images below are earlier research, superseded by the fight-and-return story.

Establish the world.

Approved exterior direction. Track with the hanging cabin; cable, suspension and open air remain clear. Sunset from the left. Cameraman left, Machine right.

There’s only one best angle.

Move towards the window into this matching interior. The cameraman guards his view; Machine edges into the shot. This frame joins the approach to the action.

03

Earlier research: the catch.

Keep the comic rivalry readable. The moving cabin interrupts the tussle, and Machine catches the cameraman’s arm. Camera and tablet stay securely held.

04

Earlier research: the shared shot.

Both recover their balance and share the view. Same cabin, camera axis and sunset. The next movement pulls back outside before the loop transition.

Motion test / development only

The cabin moves. The loop needs another pass.

This first exterior test establishes the journey, but its 7:3 framing differs from the 16:9 storyboard and the final pylon leaves the right edge visible. It is a reference for the next pass, not the finished sequence.

The exterior remains useful motion research. The revised loop will follow the fight, a moment of false peace and the cameraman’s return; it must be checked in repeated playback before acceptance.
